How to - Error 403: Product not allowed / authorized for this store.
What should I do if Smarts ePos says the product is not allowed?
Why is the "product not allowed" displayed?
A merchant will receive an error of type "Error 403: Product not allowed/authorized for this store." when he/she tries to sell a product or service that is not allowed in this store.
How are the authorizations determined?
Valora maintains the list of products and services allowed in a store in SAP by assigning service codes.
Smarts ePos gets the list of services allowed in a store directly from SAP and cannot change the authorization in their system directly.

Example:
Store 25303 is authorized in SAP to offer the following services code:
BSTV|ITUNES|OKPRMA|MONEY|OKPRVI|AMPOS|OKMOB|GOOGPL|GOOGVA|ZALAND|FRISCH|CHIMPY|SCHIRM|SCLIGH|BU|PR|PUDODO|RAVITA|WA
The service code for Swisscom Pickup is SCPU.
As a result, store number 25303 is not authorized to offer the Swisscom pickup service.
What should I do if I receive this error?
You first need to verify that the service is authorized for the specific store in SAP (see service code).
Once the service code has been added to the store in SAP, please open a ticket or send us an email at
help@smarts.hr indicating the store number, the service code, and the corresponding service that should be allowed.
Smarts will then force a service update by extracting the data from SAP.
What is the list of service codes:
Currently, Smarts authorizes the following products according to this list of service codes:
SCEASY: Easy Point; Fullfillment & Assurance, (KYC*)
SCLIGH: Grab&Go, KYC
SCHIRM: Umbrella rental service
SCPU: Swisscom Pickup, (Grab&Go, KYC*)
