Introduction

Smarts Customer Portal has been primarily built to regroup all information necessary for managing retailers operations under one secured access to authorised users.
The URL to Smarts Customer Portal for the TEST environment is:

Security

    1. All users require a Login to display data
    2. Users must have a "@valora.com" email address
    3. A strong password is mandatory. The password uses 8 or more characters with a mix of letters, numbers & symbols.
    4. Two Factor Authentication via one time password by email is mandatory
    5. Users have permissions restricted according to their roles. For example, not everybody can change parcel statuses.

Important features:

  1. Works on mobile phones and computers
  2. Exports are managed in the background: the system processes your request and will send you an email when the report is ready

First time login as a new user

Invitation and Activation

A user receives an invitation email from info@smarts.hr
The user accepts the invitation by clicking "Activate Account" in the email.

The user then needs to choose a password.
A strong password is mandatory. The password uses 8 or more characters with a mix of letters, numbers & symbols.


Signin:

Smarts Customer Portal requires two factor authentication.
After entering your email address and password, you will receive an email containing a 6 digits One-Time Passcode:


After entering the 6 digits code, you will be able to access the portal.


Transactions

It is mandatory to enter at least one filter criteria. Pressing the search button will return the results:


The results are displayed in a table:


Clicking the TRANSACTION ID will open the transaction details:


Transaction details

The transaction details are grouped visually:
  1. Transaction: contains information regarding the processing of the transaction such as the date, the result or any error message.
  2. Service: contains the information regarding the overall service transaction such as the supplier, category, total amount and the serial number which will be use for reconciliation.
  3. Store: contains the store information where the transaction was performed.
  4. Device: shows the information of the specific device which performed the transaction.
  5. Articles: displays the details of the actual articles added to the ECR basket. The articles will be presented as a collapsable list when more than one article has been added to the basket.

Exporting transactions

The transaction results can be exported using the "Export" button and selecting the type of view to be exported.
The "basic view" will be used in most instances.


Important: exports are sent by email

Reports are not downloaded straight from the view.
Instead, the system will process the request in the background and send you an email with a link to the downloadable file when the results are ready.

This allows you to continue using the system while our system handles the heavily listing instead of waiting for an ever-spinning screen.

Analytics

The Analytics section replace the "Zoho reports" which were previously accessible via web link.
Users will now be able to access reports directly from Smarts Customer Portal using their username and password.
Reports will be migrated to Smarts Customer Portal progressively to avoid disrupting operations.

The Analytics reports are only placeholders.
